Redesign the brand and communication materials, keeping at the centre the village coat of arms and the classic look and feel.
Dourito is a moscato wine brand that is produced in one of the oldest remarked regions in the world, still using tradicional methods.
The typography of the brand was redesigned, using a more balanced script font face. The 'coat of arms' of the village where the moscato wine is produced had to be kept as it was (client insistence) but the surrounding elements (the 'crown' and the 'shield' shapes were redesigned.
Inspired by the Douro Traditional walled terraces, vector line-based graphics were created and included in the product label as well as in many marketing materials. Pantone gold ink was added to CMYK printing for better effect.
