Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited provides commercial airline services. It offers flights to various destinations in the United States, Africa, Asia, Mexico, the Middle East, and internationally.
Using social media assets from community members, a VA filter was defined to give photography its unique style.
Also, the idea that VA could own the airplane symbol, using it as a graphic device for the campaign concept: via badges, CTA buttons, etc, this icon would remind the user of his/her desire to fly out, to escape.
Brand colours were added to another graphic device: the shattered shapes (heart, plane, content areas), adding a unique visual personality to the concepts.
Finally, fresh ideas were brainstormed and quickly mocked up for different digital touch points (DOOH billboards, banner campaign, websites, etc.).
