Design an app for musicians to allow them to read their music sheets in realtime as they play, whether solo or in a group/orchestra. The product should have the brand colours but distinctive interface.
Samsung, the South Korean multinational giant, with a large product range in electronics, particularly mobile phones and semiconductors.
The first step was to gather all project members (designers, developers, managers) in workshop meetings for ideation of features, flows and technology implementation. Wireframes were created to reflect all those ideas and to shape up the app architecture.
The look and feel of the app was then designed using official brand typography and colours; custom iconography was also created.
On launch, a concert was played in town church where every musician and maestro used only Galaxy Note tablets running the app.
