Redesign the current app making it more branded and 'more native' (less 'webpage' approach, more native patterns).
With a history stretching back more than 85 years, Perkins is one of the world’s leading providers of diesel and gas engines.
The first step was to review the UX wireframes and start to create a new UI toolkit, reviewing not only the usage of colour, but also what patterns could be improvement/created.
Next, test this new toolkit against the new flows, validating the new user experience, and also the new visual concepts.
Finally applying the new look and feel to all the main sections of the app, whilst creating all necessary new assets (icons, new text styles, etc).
Custom iconography was created including vehicle categories.
Data visualisation for different engine metrics.
