Redesign of the CRM of Easypay, the tool customers use on a daily basis to create and track transactions; make it highly branded in terms of colours and typography.
Easypay offers in one single platform access to the main e-payment methods used worldwide; its mission is to help all organizations and institutions accept all forms of payment.
The first step was to revisit all the flows of the different types of customers and identify pain points as well as missing functionality.
Then, new features were defined, including notifications, payment progress bar, real time status, among others.
Finally the look and feel created shows content that's heavy on data in a light and intuitive way. Iconography was used whenever possible as replacement for big technical concepts, allowing lesser usage of text labels, descriptions, etc.
